3M paying the heavy price now. Big loss starting Jan 2022.
yep, 3M has an absolute horrible track record for M & A. I think management misunderstands the integration of culture part and looks at all of their acquired companies to be like 3M. I bet if we had a list of 3M acquisitions made in the last 20 years, most of those companies or the products they produced are no longer around or have been sold off at a huge loss.
Aero was a Buckley deal, one of few that have not been shut down or divested.
