How tempting is BofA for younger generations of employees?

What I have noticed while training some younger employees is that everyone who is really very talented is staying here shorter and shorter. They quickly realize that this is not a place for the talented. A person who had only been here for a month has recently left. It's amazing to me. It seems to me that BofA has become a place that new generations are starting to avoid. Perhaps leadership should think more about different preferences of newer generations.

maybe tempting for kids in lower community colleges etc to get experience.
Often times they hire for "diversity" and stick them in dead end Operation roles. Those jobs then end up automated or sent offshore.

They barely hire young people let's not kid ourselves. I've only seen it on the IB or GBAM trading side. Majority of hires are cheap H1B folks. There is hardly any diversity in tech anymore... it's so obvious.

The younger folks upon getting employment at BofA think that they will be living the life of Patrick Bateman, or Gordon Gekko, or of Industry, or Billions. or Succession... and will realize that reality is far from fiction. They will only use BofA as a stepping stone and would move on to greener pastures; most will go to a startup or tech co. such as FAANG, which is good for them but bad for the older or remaining BofA employees who will now have to shoulder the workload, and the backfills, if any, will be outsourced or the less talented, unfit H1B visa folks.

A lot of the younger talent realize that this place is a fuhking joke. I tell a lot if them to get the fuhk out of here asap. I also tell them use this place for experience and gtfo. I tell them a lot of nepotism and how much azz you have to kiss to get ahead here. I also tell them you are going to run into nonenglish speaking mofos who are managers . This place is a total shlithole.

Probably not at all, but I can promise you that leadership will deny any responsibility and tell itself "the problem is the attitudes of young people today".
