Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Whom did they offer relocation to?

That is, which teams? Unfortunately they did not offer it to me and I am very sorry about that because I would refuse, get the package and finally leave Fiserv.

Imagine being given $15k to relocate (more like reimburse after you incur the expenses) from the warm south to the cold north, plus a $9k salary increase - to move to an area 3 times more expensive. They want employees to take the package and leave. It’s very evident in how they word the “offer”. And mark my word, Frank will start selling off parts of the business since KKR has its grips on its operations.

GSO, the majority of my direct team is in that office. Same thing happened to the other four people on my team that are remote. Three of us all live in the same state.

Which 4 cities? I’ve only been seeing relo to NJ. Curious to see what the options are as I anticipate to get a similar conversation soon.

I was offered only 4 cities, and all of them sucks. Not looking to relocate even if they pay a little more as those cities are way worse than where I currently live.

Looking for a new job, where they value employees and where I can work from anywhere.

I got the offer. Move from southeast to WI… nope. The bump in pay was a laugh, the “extras” was a laugh. It felt more like they didn’t want me to take it. Once I’m done I will drop all my stock. I’m sure most if not all who leave will do the same. Sell fast people it’s going to plummet soon.
