I don’t know anyone who's had the opportunity to go to another company that is still here. All my colleagues are actively looking for new opportunities. That's what this company has become.
Sometimes I think I’d gladly agree to lower pay, just to get out of here.
I don't know what could keep someone here other than not receiving an offer somewhere else?

The CL coordinators and most of the leads at CL will never get another job any wheres else. The industry is to small. Especially with all the operators that were laid of now working at all the other plants in the area they wont even get an interview. Karma is a bi--h.
Yeah CL coordinators can’t even read or tell time. Maybe they should go back to kindergarten.
And on that note theres a few managers I know if they lose there jobs at cve they will be up sh-t Creek , can only step on so many people before everyone knows that those individuals aren't any good
