Good for Bob! When he was head of the Toronto Lab, I once saw him face off with the CIO of a movie studio. Where the previous IBM executive was made into mincemeat, Bob not only gained his trust, he completely turned things around. It was poetry to watch. A shame that IBM lost this talent.
