Engagement Survey

I couldn't even take today's engagement survey without laughing. Dirk has ruined this company. Our management is so out of touch

Mine did not have Zip code but agree 100 % with everything you have said. It's just so disappointing as a long time employee

I noticed this year they asked for your zip code (at least in the one I did). Seems as if they were trying to get an idea of where you are located. Although, I cant imagine any one saying anything positive on these surveys, it caused me to not be as brutal as I normally am on them for fear of retaliation. In the end, these surveys don't matter because they are being read by a class of management that comes from another world than its workers do. The honest responses on these surveys will only be taken to be from "ungrateful" or "lazy" employees. But over the last 5 years I have watched a textbook example of how to destroy a company and the morale of its workers. All in the name of a few extra dollars. All the while, the management is blissfully unaware as they watch their money stacks.

It doesn't matter, they don't read cause they don't care about their employees. How many weeks did you work without protection during the beginning of the pandemic?
They look at their help as disposable...meanwhile every other company is out there raising minimum hiring wages and offering hiring incentives to attract and retain help. This pays off....I was in a store the other day where a delivery had been sitting there for 4 days, waiting to be worked. I just laughed....I left and now work for another CPG company. I was offered 3 dollars more an hour from what was my current wage at Mondelez, where I had been as a SSR for 3 years. NO BRAINER.
Way to go Mondelez! I went ahead and replaced all your empty displays with mine while I was there.

Well, I hope you told them the truth in the survey...
