Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Left a month ago

Just wanted to come here and comment on how much lighter I feel, how much my mental health has improved since leaving and thanks to everyone to gave me advice on here and gave me the push to get out. If you're contemplating leaving, please do it, for your own sanity.

Out of morbid curiosity.. How sh-t is the EMEA side of Fiserv doing rn?

I just poped on here to see what is going on in the company, and can concur that most people leaving Fiserv find that they are much better off personally, and financally. No more 70 hour weeks and weekends to deploy changes. Interfearance with my personal life. I'm making double my prior sallary with stock options and ESPP at 15%.

Clearly a shill from another company. We don’t trust anyone who says give up a great job and leave with no details on where you went, how much you are paid back your job here, what location, etc..

Don’t be naive these are Posts from either our competitors or people with an agenda.

Im going to make it a point to stay for as long as possible, just to spite Frank and waste as much of his money as possible
