Does anyone have insight on what’s going to be happening with the upcoming operations changes? Lots of rumors.

Truly sorry to hear. So many of us have been a family for a long time thinking we'd be here until retirement. That's the passion of Dunkin' folks.
This whole thing has been a long, drawn out mourning as we continue to lose alot of great people. Still trying to keep a positive attitude but it will never be the same.

It was a dark day at Dunkin. My whole team wiped out except for 2 of us, including my boss. Feels like they picked names out of a hat, based on some terrible losses and some head scratching choices to stay.
People definitely got let go today. And everyone’s supposed to remain quiet about it.

Do we think operations managers are getting cut, or operations directors as well? I can’t imagine them needing all this headcount between everyone at the other brands.
