Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Employee Appreciation equals relocation?

Remember when October was employee appreciation week at Fiserv. And we use to get gifts and shirts. This October for employee appreciation we get to relocate or lose our jobs. I think that sums up what kinda company this is now. Nicely played, I think people have hit it on the nose. Instead of massive layoffs that could plummet the stock they make us choose to stay (by uprooting our lives). Nice way to reduce staff with it not being all over news as a massive layoff at Fiserv.

I get a kick out of the OFD trolls on these posts. They act like they had the greatest company before being bought by Fiserv. Strapped with debt, lousy management, Fiserv bailed your pathetic company out. Now that Frank is the CEO because of nepotism with KKR, he is and will continue to drive the stock value down and eventually drive this company into the ground. I sit on calls with FD dopes, trying to figure out what Fiserv does, they embarrass themselves every time they open their mouths. Good luck filling the shoes of the Fiserv people who pursue way better opportunities, you will struggle and you will fail. Has anyone looked at the org charts in Workday lately? There are so many VP's, SVP's, Directors and Managers that there is nobody to do the actual work anymore. Talk about top heavy and top d-mb. Good luck moving to NJ, the armpit of America. I give it 3 years and they will close that shithole too because they cannot fulfill their promise of 3K jobs. Good luck jokesters, I'm out as soon as possible.

This approach also cleanses the OFS culture Fiserv. The OFS culture was not a cancer to surgically and aggressively remove,j@ck@ss.

Don’t be overly dramatic, Fiserv associates can work from over 40 locations in the US.

Maybe we should relocate Frank out of his NY mansion

Brilliant, actually. Reductions have to happen sometimes. This is one of the most creative ways to achieve it I've ever seen.
