It looks like Sycamore can't get any more money out of Staples, so it is time to take the money out of the 401k. Did anyone else notice the change from the Goldman Sachs fund to a Sycamore-owned entity? I guess we should not really be all that surprised.

I was sent an email about it and a letter in the mail about it, both stated this company was related to sycamore at all. But I guess reading an entire letter or email is hard for most.
Was there any notification to employees? If not, Staples should be reported to the proper government oversight group. Remember AON?
I guess desperation brings questionable ethics on Staples part! Great Company!
