New leadership may not change anything but I think it's a good thing to get new leaders once in a while.

Middle management is going to be affected. The org is getting flatter. My boss told me they are expecting to have new groups roll under them soon. No timeframe was mentioned. but I think it will be before the year end.
As long as cb and BM are still there... nothing changes and the rest of the washed up leadership is too institutionalized to have the backbone to drive change. It's a shame really as I liked working here at some point. Not anymore.
The tired bench will not win any games. It's the same trash picked up on Monday and Thursday.
