Wondering why in the Contract for Mobility in District 3, its has a no strike clause! Wondering why?

The CWA sucks. If they we’re worth anything all these authorized dealers would still be corporate stores.

What you are saying doesn’t make sense! It’s literally a part of the agreement ! As long as the company does their part with wages , etc things agreed on in the contract , WE IN TURN agree to NOT strike (hence the clause ) for the duration of the contract. What reason would the company have to keep their end up if we could strike anytime we felt like it while a contract is in place ?
Because it is not a real union, it is liberal garbage. A real union stokes when appropriate not convenient for the company. Keep sending the Bernie sanders dues fools

All contracts have that . That’s why as long as we have a current contract, we cannot strike … it’s only during negotiations and expirations of contracts do we actually walk.
