Face it people on the rr don’t have the ba--s to strike , if you wanted to you could . Wildcat strikes now at a time like this with such an employee shortage could basically get whatever they want and bring this company to its knees . Squeak squeak not gonna happen on the railroad.
These union guys are just yes men....., Mandatory overtime yes increases in healthcare costs yes multitasking and doing other craft jobs yes laying off people and expecting the remaining people to pick up the slack yes They could care less about your legitimate concerns as long as they get their easy union paycheck
