Our management, who seems to keenly follow what is posted on this site, seems to have found a great way to take down any thread that bothers them.
It’s enough to post something that sounds critical, in order not to arouse suspicions, but mention initials or even a full name. The owners of the site will gladly delete the thread, since they have the cover that personal information has been posted, breaching the agreement involved in posting.
Of course, this is done selectively - some threads with initials and even names are allowed to stay, but others will be taken down repeatedly for exactly the same kind of deliberate offense.

EM culture is unethical and soul sucking.
Yup, sounds like XOMs command and control culture is taking over.
Admins would say that because all posts are allowed to be added or deleted at admins discretion. Us creating them is simply an illusion.
Yeah, some visitors here just love admin so much and in return the admin also loves them back by complying blindly without using own judgment. Perfect person or group running this site.
That’s what happened twice so far to the thread about the ex-Culture Manager who was complaining loudly about the way another oil company treated laid off employees, while being oblivious to how EM treated its own employees, not only in the lay offs but also in the PIPoffs. That person was posting threats on the thread and eventually seems to find the perfect way of having the thread deleted.
