It’s unfortunate to see a company such as this not care to put in the effort to see just what each division is doing these days and just how critical certain employees are to the success of the unit.

The other shoe has dropped and on the heads and hearts of every employee being asked to relocate to the armpit of America, NJ. This company is a joke, Frank B. has taken the reigns and in less than 2 years has driven the morale to its lowest point ever. Good luck servicing clients, there will be a mass exodus of talent and then clients. Frank will be left with his stupid WFW mandate, have a bunch of inexperienced college kids ja--ing sh-t up on a daily basis. The critics on this board who say venting on a message board is like tilting at windmills are right, to a large extent. The IC's aren't decision makers, so one might as well exercise some stoicism and navigate the rapids the best you can.
Cue the violins. Top leadership is tone-deaf. Lowering your expectations may ultimately lower your level of disappointment. Track your accomplishments and send that resume' flying. It's gonna be okay. Not initially, but it will be okay, ultimately. Have faith.
