Well, it took me 35 months, but I'm officially, the Associate of the month!!! They finally stopped giving it to new hires that quit within a month and finally bestowed the honor on a part time worker that absolutely deserves it!! Thanks Sam's!! I shall use my $50 towards new lobster crotinis and bacon wrapped shrimp!!

5 years, does everything under the sun and help like every associate. Never been Associate of the Month. We haven't done it in a year now. I don't need it anyway.
Unfortunately our GM has not allowed this in the last 4 years. As a matter of fact he will not allow any end of the year awards either. People want to be recognized for their good work.
Be sure to look at your pay stub close for the associate of the month award. Sometimes they add it then under deductions they take it back off lol.
