It manages to suck the life out of me every single day. I've been looking at new positions for weeks and even landed a few interviews. Wish me luck.

Good luck, took me 6 months to land something. The job market is crazy right now even for highly skilled professionals.
I'll probably leave within a month even if I don't find a new job.
