I just heard the CSE role in the premier theater is being dissolved. It sounds like they finally realized how useless but costly the role was. Are their any more SFDC type roles that just don't fit at Cisco and are being eliminated? Is this what MM was eluding to on her babbling check in last month? Always on blah blah blah?

And then what happens to the investments done on creating these huge systems on Salesforce for the CSE

CX reorgs over the years under MM watch have resulted in creating several back office teams/overlapping teams, with a very questionable value. Some roles/teams are pure charity employment no real business output. To manage these teams there are layers of management. Cse is only the tip of the iceberg, several such roles which add limited to no value for their ROI needs to go. But no one in CX Sr leadership will acknowledge these failures.
