I think we can safely assume that no layoffs will be taking place until the whole mandate thing plays out in its entirety. I'd say that's one of the positive things to take from this mess.

It is all about the stock price. If stock price declines there will be layoffs. DA tries to keep WS interested in our stock.
No such thing as being safe @ honeywell
If NCIS Agent Gibbs worked at Honeywell, or anywhere else in corporate America, for that matter, his Rule #1 would be: You are never, ever safe from a RIF. Rule #2: Re-read Rule #1.
You guys don’t realize this is the perfect scenario for a Honeywell. You refuse based on religion or medical exemptions. They can deny your claim. You will hold true to your principles. Then you finally get rid of you. You can’t hide behind a discrimination lawsuit.
Then Honeywell hire someone who’s 18 and below 26. So they don’t have to pay healthcare insurance, since you’ll be on your parents. I bet the see CEO and Board of Directors are dancing. They will finally get people who show up to work no not under restrictions. Let’s build some more parts. Which equals bigger bonus and great dividends.
What I’ve been hearing. There’s definitely a layoff coming for aerospace. Just don’t know the dates, and at Minneapolis location. In TGP (military side of business) the whole second shift is going away.
If current conditions, and no wars break out. You will definitely be having fun after the holidays. He-l! I can see him getting rid of you guys before the holidays. Then they don’t have to give you holiday pay.
It’s not gonna be a happy ending. It’s not gonna be like the movie the Christmas Carol. In our version tiny Tim. Which will be your name. You will be unemployed. If you die from the stress. Let them die and decrease the Honeywell population.
But we are not safe from the fall of the republic.
You're never safe at Honeywell, especially with Merry RIFmas right around the corner!
Don't count on it if you are in Aero -- some are already in the works.
