I don't know how Crown Castle came up with that, but for me there is no greater motivation than when I have so much work that I can barely get enough rest, so that I can continue working at the same pace the next day, and some colleagues don't even work the bare minimum. /sarc.

Some people are homeless, some people don't have clean drinking water, some people are born with heart defects...
That's not the point but we all know you know that. The point is the demands and culture has changed drastically. That's it. I has nothing to do with anyone else in the world.

Honestly this is new. Don't act like anyone had a full plate four years ago when we had all hands meetings and random department meetings and forums and golf outings and team building etc etc. Back when the whole business model was simply issuing NTPs and then we'd spend a week in a five star hotel somewhere to celebrate the record setting 200 ntps that year.
