I just notice how most people really think they are especially important. Until the last day while they are here expressing their bitter criticism and complains, they mostly think that BofA is doomed and that things will get worse after they leave and so on.
I understand because it's not particularly nice here for me either, but we need to be a little realistic sometimes. BofA will continue to function well as before, with or without us. For those at the top we are really all replaceable.
It's better to simply accept it. Those who accept this immediately do not allow themselves to be long term sufferers here, but have long moved on to some other companies where they are better off.
I know you will react with downvotes, but my intention was not to provoke someone, this is more of an advice. After the first red flag, other options should be sought immediately.
