I work in HR and here are the dates
Nov 1- due date
Nov 2- letter of education (written warning) generated from Workday
Nov 9- Final written warning
Nov 15- termination
If you get a written or a final written it will impact your ability for year and bonuses. If you get terminated they will make you not eligible for rehire and you will not get a severance.

I've had COVID. Got over it, pretty mild flu honestly. And seeing these efficacy waning vaccines -- I'm not taking that cr-p. I saw a post somewhere here about someone taking a vax and regretting it because waning efficiency wasn't disclosed. I'm NOT going to be in that guys shoes.
