I've heard some older folks are suddenly "Retiring" whether they planned to or not. One that I know personally, can't be reached for comment... I think I can smell NDA (non-disclosure agreement) in the air. Others are being "reassigned" to perform tasks that are unfamiliar or better still, assigned to simple data entry tasks they did a decade ago.
