He doesn’t actually want us to move. He wants original Fiserv out. He’s taking all the fiserv assets to make himself and his cronies richer. It has nothing to do with location or offices.
FB is a total jerk. Not only did he not move but when KKR brought him into FD, he had it written in his contract that Health Insurance had to be covered for his EX WIFE.... I believe exclusive use of the company jet was also covered...
