So as I read these posts … The brothers chomping at the bit for you to quit over the vax so they can make/take that money and seniority is all I need to see … It has proven to me what I’ve always know . What the RR has always been . If some of these folks had an education they would be in Congress . Disheartening to say the least …Solidarity has became a joke it’s all for nothing …To the folks looking at the railroad as a career . Respect yourself and walk away . You may look back later and say I should have listened.

Funny you call the people who don't want to take an experiment b-----s. The loudest ones are the vaxx minions. I simply don't talk about it or try my opinion on anyone. I stand my ground and I constantly have people coming to my work station telling me how crazy and stupid I am for giving up my job of 18 years. I never initiate these conversations. It's always the ones who have to justify their decision to be a test coming to me. Now I would ask you, who are the bi----s? The ones who risk their income, or the ones who bow down and do what they're told? The latter seems like the very definition of a b---h
I think most people are just sick of working with bi----s. Stop complaining and just leave or stay and get the vaccine. Simple.
How many people would get the shot just to come back? At least where I work, zero! Before the shot, they exhausted the call back list. Everyone said no. I hope this company sinks. Wouldn’t mind if all union jobs/companies did. Their blind vote for dem is what put everyone in this situation.
how many furloughed employees would take the jab to come back to work ,to replace the ones that quit ?
I don't need people to leave to gain seniority and jobs, heck a brand new person could come in and hold a pool spot making tons of cash. It doesn't matter anymore out here, you can make as much money as you want regardless of seniority. And the jobs with schedules all suck anyways so what's that matter?
