Some of the anti-vaxxers commenting on the Hub vaccine page should be fired. They are spreading misinformation, complaining when their comments are deleted and blaming the company for a federal mandate -- all day long. If the company is looking for people to let go, there are a few candidates there.
"Dodging the bullet" - what an ironically interesting way to phrase a response to a pandemic that has ki---d so many humans and given others lifelong long-COVID suffering.
I know of one person who requested that a note be added to his HR file that he was willing to be laid off. 10 years later, they laid him off.

We're living in a once in a century global pandemic. The vaccines are extremely safe and effective. Why wouldn't you want to get vaccinated?
Sure seems like they want to reduce as many payouts as possible. There a lot of rif'd people in AA with a ton of years of service. So extend some RIF dates to look like they do care. Then roll out the timing of the mandate to hopefully fire some and avoid paying.
Dont think that is going to happen. The lower 15-20% are being managed out thru ratings. The rest will be overworked to encourage attrition. The mandate is just another way to accelerate this. In the end what's jobs are left of MSP and other US locations will be split between Bangalore and Mexico. Mexico due to time zone and to provide support in the Americas. The goal now is to minimize severance payouts. There is a reason pensions were capped EOY 2022
