A district Pharmacy manager is pulled and will work in every single store in district to fix. They will bring 2 techs with them
District Front store manager will be pulled to run entire front store district
This will go into 2022, where they will phase out non license DL and a store manager will run all from store while licensed DL oversee the one manager and pharmacy only.

Almost the same chit as a Training Store Manager. (babysitting)
DLs can be licensed or non licensed they will focus on pharmacy And some SM will run all FS for DL
This isn’t rocket science
So….. for the non-pharmacy licensed DL’s (front store trained DL’s)…. what’s most likely going to happen to them? Are they going to be demoted to this District Front Store Manager? IE going back to the EXACT same setup that the company had like 8-10ish years ago (maybe more maybe less than that, I don’t know). What about current EL-DL’s that are SM’s? What happens to all their hard work?
I want to work open to close every day my DL will be in our RX. This will be amusing. Let's see if he can get us some Carepass too.
FYI -DL’s roles will never be the same after this project this is the new norm. Buckle up for 2022

This isn’t much different from the old model except the “front store manager” will report to what was once the “pharmacy supervisor”.
