Has anyone received, or know of someone who’s received an approval/denial for a filed religious exemption? I’m wondering what the turn around is for a final decision.

Hon sees the writing on the wall for site closures and will likely take the Southwest approach in approving most exemptions. Otherwise most large manufacturing sites will grind to a halt. Especially since the science of natural immunity being best can no longer be rationally denied. ERs are now filling up with adverse jab reactions per the NPR report.
Exemptions are going to be rare. Those who get one will likely be placed on unpaid leave. Hon wants 100% vaxxed if you are to be working on site interacting with other employees. It's the only way to put an end to all the covid restrictions otherwise we'll be masking and social distancing for the rest of our lives.
Can anyone answer OP question? Has anyone received exemption approval? How long did the process take?
A federal executive order from the president. It has the same power as a federal law. So when I made the statement, it is true that the executive order. Proceed state laws, and if you read 1905 Supreme Court ruling for smallpox. They can in some cases suspend 14th amendment, and certain liberties. Which fall under untied states and state constitution.
Yes, there are some states that do have their own constitutions. Look it up if you don’t believe me.
A court recently stated that they must comply with the mandate. Here’s one of the cases were the religious exemption was denied.

So as you wait for your cases to go to the Supreme Court, you probably will lose your job. Because you will be put on unpaid leave of absence. In a certain amount of time. It will be called job abandonment. Since you didn’t comply with company safety rules.
Working at Minneapolis we have five days to get the first shot. If we don’t comply, and they can let us go. Since you were terminated for not for following company policies, you won’t be able to collect unemployment.
I’m assuming it is a Minneapolis policy. Which came from corporate Arizona. I would guess it would be the whole policy for the rest of aerospace. In fact, I would guess it would go throughout the whole entire Honeywell organization. Not just aerospace.
So what do you guys do for two years, as you wait for your case to reach the Supreme Court. If you were one of those unlucky group of people, who were denied religious or medical exemptions. No job equal no paycheck or unemployment. Which means you won’t be able to pay your bills. Then if you lose you case. You’re stuck with huge lawyer fees.
I wish you all good luck. In America, you have a right to your opinions a d make choices regarding your health. So long as the courts agree with you, sorry folks that’s just the way it is.
You don't have to believe in a sky wizard or meet up with likeminded people in a building regularly. All you need is a firmly held belief. Such as believing in not undergoing unnecessary medical procedures (esp if you have had Covid already).
I got mine comrad. Must go back to work now.
anyone any favorite imaginary skywizard to pretend to believe in -
was thnking maybe muslim might be best but could try jedi if that's better ?
Yep- that post by “pyn” below… WRONG!
It’s not a federal law. It’s an executive order. It’s an unconstitutional one at that.
Companies can do what they want. But when it comes to a religious exemption- they HAVE to honor any that are legit BY LAW. If they don’t… it’s religious discrimination, which is against the law, and yes- you can sue. Who is anyone to determine what’s legit? That’s between you and God.
No one will hear if their exemption is approved until after Nov 1. Why would they communicate decisions before the deadline?
No matter which side of the isle you sit on with these vaccines… it’s simply wrong for an employer to force you to do anything to your body that you are against- with the threat of job loss. But they’re breaking the law if they refuse your freedom to practice religious beliefs. If God is telling you/your heart that this is wrong… follow your conscience and listen. That’s not up for judgement by anyone but God.
Beware the HR/soros troll below who is trying to fear monger you out of your constitutional rights over an executive order that Xiden himself said wouldn't stand. They are scared!
Class action lawsuits from Liberty Counsel and other pro bono firms won't cost you a dime. The SCOTUS precedent is only at the state level. We are ontrack to win big!!
Wait until the last possible second. Then they will deny your claim. Then you will get five day unpaid suspension. My guess they will use this to get rid of the people they don’t want.
I’m still waiting at my location to find out if anybody has been approved. What’s funny is people attaching Lawyers papers to their Medical and religion exemptions. Hoping this scare Honeywell in approving it. I hate to say this. Even though I don’t like this company, if you have no legal course. These scare tactics won’t work with Honeywell lawyers or doctors.
No lawyer in their right mind would turn down this business. The unvaccinated will generate a lot of money for these lawyers. They don’t care if you don’t have case. They will tell you do. In order to receive their retaining payment.
Then you’ll give you this line. Well, we didn’t know that. We forgot about the supreme court ruling, or that federal law trumps state constitutions or laws. By the way! You will not be getting a refund from them if you lose.
I imagine they will wait until after the 1st to respond.
