I’ve been with BofA 6 years. GTO. Never seen them let any FTE go, just use attrition as convenience for cuts. Generally people show up at the office at 10, stay until 4 pm, and take 1.5 to 2 hour lunch breaks. Some people work hard and get noticed, but they drag along these clowns who do not work. They think they are doing a noble thing by RTO. In reality, the people who are there to work do work when at home, and the clowns still get dragged along. Same is true at home or at office. They need to grow a pair and get rid of the people who don’t work and goof off. Then maybe they don’t need babysitters, they don’t even do a good job of that when the people are in office.
