Thread regarding IBM layoffs

Liabilities

If an individual has complications (blood clots etc) Can IBM be liable for making them get the shot to keep their job? Could Arvind be held personally liable?

IBM has an army of shady lawyers. They will be well-covered if you end up being one of the hundreds of thousands with moderate or worse side effects, or one of the tens of thousands who have died by covid vax. You or your family will have no legal recourse to sue IBM, The federal government, or the vax makers. When I took this experimental shot, I first ensured my LTD and Life Ins would cover me (or my family if I die). We're in open enrollment season. Good time to make changes in the event you DO decide to get this useless shot. Thats what I did.

Google it. Big pharma isn’t even liable, so no down stream person would be.

Pharmaceutical companies aren’t even liable if there’s some long term effect or for any side effect. Why would a IBM be liable. Also, it’s already approved and they aren’t liable… there’s zero motivation for them to do testing/studies. People think just because they approved the shots mean it’s been time tested. I feel sorry for you.

"experimental as in 1 billion shots and counting? you’re d-mber than a dog, incapable of learning from others. "

there may have been a billion shots, but no time has elapsed to see what the long term effects might be from this shot... and now you want to give it to the children...

F the booster, one jab was enough.
If they try mandating the boosters then you know its all BS.

And quit typing spaz, we know you're itching to go back into the office.
Your home life must be miserable af

You have to laugh at the Vaxhole comments on here - comparing someone who questions experimental mRNA medical procedures to someone who believes the Earth is flat. These are the same people who probably believe that a man can put on a dress and magically be a woman. They're also the same people who agree that the unvaccinated should be sent away to concentration camps. I've not yet heard if they are also advocating for those camps to have ovens.

Regarding the OPs question - IBM will not take responsibility. They never will. Neither will the Federal Govt or the "vaccine" manufacturers. If you have honest adverse reactions, report it to VAERS and work with your PCP. If the reactions are debilitating, your LTD will kick in so you can at least not lose your income, but at that time you should also consider obtaining council to represent you if need be. I beleive in individual freedom. If someone has a life-changing or life-ending reaction to an experimental medical procedure they were forced to take, they and/or their family shouldn't be burdened with the financial fallout. Pretty sure this matter was resolved in 1947, despite what the lemmings on the "news" like to say....but...as the old N@zi propaganda saying goes - repeat the lie often enough, and the sheep will believe it. Seems history repeats itself.

Taking the matter into your own hands is the best course of action if you develop complications.

No and no. Hope that answers your questions.

Just get the shot(s).

No company officer can be held personally liable. Corporations exist to shield individuals from liability and accountability. You may be able to file a workers compensation claim if you are injured after receiving a vaccine as a condition for employment. Seeking legal advice from an employment attorney would be the best course of action if this is a concern for you.
