Clearly striking doesn’t seem to ever happen on the railroad anymore. But what if we all legally stood together and refused to provide our vaccine info? If you believe the vaccine is right or not we can all agree it is wrong for them to make a medical decision for you. It won’t stop here you need to take a stand now!

Reality check: most F5+ companies are implementing some form of a vaccine mandate. Choosing to remain unvaccinated will make you unemployable at most reputable* companies. If you’re unvaccinated you’re both a legal and a safety liability.
*UP is technically F5+, but I don’t consider them to be “reputable”.
You all are d-mb. Employer's can make any vaccine a term of employment and it is legal. The union lawyer said it as well. Get the shot. You will be fine. If not have fun being fired. The exemption letter won't help u get a job back. Religious or medical. You will just be fired.

Take a religious exemption and get denied, at least then you will get to retain your seniority. It's a way for us to strike without striking. If you dont get an exemption then you can just be terminated and might not get to keep your rights. Everyone talking about doing this and striking just be ready for the fight cause they dont pay you when you ain't working. Get that ot in now and save save save. Stay strong brothers.
Yea right, like that’s going to happen! We talk a lot but never get anyone to stand together. If you refuse to show your card they can fire you for refusing an order. A few might do this, but most will just fall in line. I cannot quit or get fired without having another job lined up. I have a mortgage and kids in college. If you have the means to take a stand, then go ahead. I am getting the vaccine and forging on.
