ED. Come in twice a week and there's never anyone in the building. Maybe 2-3 people on my entire floor. Why are we continuing to pretend WFH isn't the new normal?

Just been told Phoenix come back to the office on Nov 15. Really!!! just before the thanksgiving and holiday season and why they close Downers Grove and they can work permanently at home. This is a low bow

Everyone in my group and building are fully vaccinated. I know of one woman who left because she refused to get vaccinated while trying to get pregnant.

Recently put in my notice at BofA and people are leaving or retiring left and right. Interviewed at Chase Plano via Zoom a few times but landed somewhere else. BofA's return to office plan is NOT popular and a big contributer to the exodus.
The timing of starting a new headquarters building, just as WFH became the norm. It's funny because it's like poetic justice.
