Unless every group unionize....then it will be negotiated before notifications.
This won't happen in such a short notice with a union.

Yeah sure put all my career in the hands of a bunch of mafia thugs. Kind of like paying protection money. No thanks. I believe enough in my abilities to either remain employed or easily find something else without selling my soul to the dark side. I've worked in a union shop before and saw how it works us efficient people propping up the inefficient. No thanks.

Most managers lack a spine I know because I’m a manager and couldn’t get some managers to consider a union. When Verizon stole our pensions some of us wanted to unionize but most refused.
