I don't care because I'm leaving soon, but because of all those younger new people who will be looking for their opportunity here, I'm sorry that the leadership here seems to have no strategy.
My opinion is that they are completely satisfied with the average, as long as they are well off themselves. It's as if they don't care to make this a truly great company?
I believe the company has a strategy but I hope I’m wrong about it. Back when W was president United airlines filed for bankruptcy and was allowed by the courts to dissolve the employee pension obligations so United could become profitable. There is no guarantee you would get all your money as there is a limit for the insurance. The way they run this company into the ground with stupid decisions, It sometimes seems like the option is on the table
Lilly keeps telling customers it's not complicated. Yet when customers are at the retail outlets, they are told that it is complicated, their phone is not included in the free upgrade plan. This is what at&t is known for, never trust T, they are a very dishonest company.
The leadership obviously has a strategy, it is just not a strategy for the company but a strategy to funnel out as much money as possible to somewhere and hoping to get a cut in between and get out before the explosion.

Too little, too late. Rat and Stink had a failed vision that, when WM is spun off, leaves T in debt to the tune of 150B. Losing market share in wireless every day, HSI has become a commodity, copper network in shambles. T will need a lot more than a strategy to survive.
