Knowing the layoffs and now seeing postings (some many months old and did have qualified people)!to fill positions does seem a little short sighted, kind of like a short term goal to get the bonus for that year and then worry about later, tomorrow. I’ve seen this over the years.

The 1% club could care less about us employees. Claims is inundated with volume and morale is really bad . Everybody’s leaving .
Disagree - that’s exactly what they have and still are doing - you get real
The executive aren’t cold hearted enough to put people in poverty just to get bigger bonuses.
