Does anyone know what we should expect for EOY raises or bonuses?

I finally got a good raise - 4.5%, and a 8% annual bonus. Never got close to that in 15 years at Chase. Look elsewhere. #F-KChase

Oh dear lord I hope no one found another whale in London. You know the Whale trainer still works at JPMC as a consultant. People didn’t get bonuses and didn’t get raises until mid year the last time a Whale was found.

Rumors are flying that some locations are going to recalibrate pay to raise everyone’s but I haven’t been able to confirm at all
