I grew up in Jersey and I can't imagine driving to work in North Jersey every day.

How do any of you know? With one or two anecdotes you picked up where? That is the problem with this site too many third person anecdotes
They are not getting near the numbers required to get the financial incentives from the state. My SVP offered to relocate anyone on our team, from any site, to NJ and we are already in go-forward locations. They are getting desperate for bodies in Jersey.

No offense to Jersey, but who wants to mive there and uf you live there who wants to commute to Berkley Heights?
They aren't having much luck, as evidenced by the fact that they are having to literally threaten people into moving. Pretty sad really.
