The company is trash. The end.
The stock was below $26 bucks in June 2010. Three years before it was $38. And a couple of decades ago it was $52. The difference in time is that wireless and cable was growing all through that period. Now we are in the steady state with almost no engineers in the c suite and the vast majority of the company's employees have no significant telecom experience and no loyalty to the company nor the telecom business. That is not a recipe for maintaining, let alone increasing stock price. Yahoo Finance has the stock almost fairly priced, but still a little pricey.
This stock is sinking just like Frontier stock did. The local copper infrastructure is deteriorating and Verizons doing nada. Keep shoveling your money into it. I’m going for EV companies or airlines when Brandon leaves in 2024 or less.
If it's so low. then buy more !!!!
You’re really comparing Apple to Verizon? Please share whatever you are smoking. @1bjx+1e4TTJeS
@1kxg+1e4TTJeS you are right. He laid off thousands at Ericsson. I’m sure his game plan has not changed much at vz. He’ll be out of here in a year or two with his golden parachute and go to Blackrock and make more millions.
I noticed the same about Instagram and Hans. He always posts pictures of himself running. Millions of dollars in salary, private jets, hanging out with famous people. How did he get so lucky. Really good business acumen?
Verizon is a good investment if you purchased 100 shares on the ex dividend date on 10-7 at 53.90 you’d get a $64.00 dividend. If you held onto it at todays price you’d be down -$325.
If you purchased 100 of apple on 10-7 at 114.06 today you’d be up approx $5577.00
Keep dreaming how great Verizon is with Hans at the helm.
Just wait til half the workforce goes out on paid FMLA for a year or two after feb1.l, and VZ is stuck with the pro-vaxxers running the company almost exclusively. Ironically, though, long term disability payments paid by insurance instead of weekly paychecks may help the stock rise for the first time temporarily since.. well, forever.
If you follow Hans on Tweeter. all he does is posting pictures of him running Is he running away from shareholders??? 😀 They are going to butcher him
Verizon axed all it's best people with repeated mass layoffs targeting high earners and then made it even worse by offering it's best remaining employees a VSP.
All the talent is gone and no one good wants to work for a tired old telco. Verizon is circling the drain with it's lifer union bloat and bottom feeders. No chance things will improve.
Cramer is a DOOSH and there has not been a decent CEO at VZ since Ivan founded VZ with Chuck Lee. Who?
Right. Time to go.
Lol, another person watches Cramer and talks about VZ stock like it’s a growth stock. It’s a dividend stock that’s should have SMALL growth. There is no more real innovation in the telecom industry until a REAL game changer comes out.
Sounds like this guy wants Lowell back !!!!
Meanwhile Hans lining his pockets while ruining another company. Stay thirsty V teamers.
Well said. Bravo.
C'mon he's good at this. He already wrecked and left one company under cloud after laying off 18 thousand, why should this be any different, other than the stakes?
Great yob Hans. Verizon hit 52 veek low today. Take you jabs for Hans and the company V teamers.
We're signing our contracts because there is noting left for the company to take....open your eyes.,,, All those strikes and all those benefits of fifty years ARE gone.....So sign away for your 2% raise..... Oh yeah... Your medical just went up 3%.....
T mobile stock down 18.63% in the past year and att stock is down 20.92% in the past year, so Hans is beating the telecoms competition ! And he doesn't make us go on strike. We sign our contracts a year early before the previous one e en expires!!!
Good luck in 2023
The Board hired him, so that's who needs to go. Not much hope of either.
If shareholders start selling, then that's a different story.
