With the size of Bank of America and how many people have reportedly died from COVID, does anyone have any knowledge of any employee or contractor who died from COVID? If after RTO, I'm guessing that could be a legal pickle, if it happened

Bank of America doesn't care if you RTO and die from covid. Employee safety isn't a priority at this bank. They know they can replace you in a minute if you passed away from covid 19. The company will never disclose how many employees died from covid 19. Remember they are doing this on purpose so employees can leave on their own instead of laying them off.
1 that I know of in the North Carolina office.
BAC has a total of 213000 e/e's, US total covid deaths, as of today is 776500 and US pop is 331MM.
This gives us a mortality rate, so far, of 0.00234.
If we take that rate and multiply it with tot BAC employees we get 498 employees that could have been lost to COVID. But, considering that 80% of the deaths occur in the 65+ area, only 20% of that number actually applies to BAC employees, resulting in 100 employees that possibly lost their lives to COVID. Waiting for HR to confirm these numbers.
2 on my old floor of 60 people or so..both men late 40s to early 60s
No info available on this issue. You'd have to use statistics to get an idea. You need to find the mortality rate for the group ranging from 20 to 65 and apply that to the total number of employees to get a rough estimate. Gender could be a factor and specific age groups, more towards the 65 age limit, may be higher...
