Will Omicron variant derail planned RTO?

There is a lot unknown about omicron. Are going to be full steam ahead and lets get everyone back in the office and party like we don't care?

I think omicron is a made up thing, so they can continue to do fraudulent mail-in ballots. That's what I heard.

@zgw+1e5AHtJQ this. I just laugh when people ask me in meetings when I'm RTO. I'm approved for 90-100%. Facilities is boxing up 90-100%ers' desks and mailing it to us. When am I RTO? Never.

Just request WFP. That’s why it’s there if you are concerned.

Omicron isn’t likely to do anything, unless the case counts escalate dramatically in the next 4-6 weeks. That said, some will not return regardless of how many cases are occurring. We have 3 more months until bonus payout. Schwab cannot afford to fire people that don’t want to return before then. My best guess - voluntary return to office will be extended until after 4/15. Schwab cannot afford to blow up staffing in the middle of busy season.

WHO and other doctors saying symptoms are mild to non-existent. The only people panicking seem to be the politicians. Everyone needs to get Omicron so that we can have natural immunity and save us from boosters every 6 months for the rest of our lives.
