In addition to its dwindling cash, falling share price, no CEO, and high-profile lawsuits, Zovio has at least two more problems.
(1) Zovio-Ashford-UAGC has failed to provide accurate reports to California BPPE. The 2018 report was not good; it showed horrible gainful employment numbers in some of its programs.

(2) According to the College Navigator, UAGC now only has 119 full-time instructors for about 31,000 students. That's a ratio of 261 students for every F/T instructor. In 2020, the Century Foundation reported a ratio of 177:1. Not sure how the school can avoid continuing scrutiny from WASC and law enforcement under these conditions.
