Heard something is in the works! February 2022

I heard from an extremely reliable source that something BIG is in the works coming February 2022. Has anyone heard anything or know of anything?

One thing management is great at....lying to it's employees! Time and time again. You mean absolutely nothing to them! If you look at the revolving door you will see a very clear picture.

Coming from the same cheerleader spewing the same b.s. back in April during the "Optimization" when in fact SRs and SSRs were laid off. Just shut it already.

vague comments. if you really have knowledge of something specific then share. there are a few people who look for genuine information here although the vast majority just seem to want to vent.
leaving is a painful process for the ones who really care, and i know that because i did care and i did leave.

Kroger has a new warehouse that we deliver to. Soon there will no deliveries to Kroger store. DSD ending??

"go to market strategy" is nothing more than a way to say supply chain model. DSD vs warehouse strategy.
This company has become an absolute joke. I feel so sorry for those that feel "stuck"! Don't! Make the move now and take control as opposed to being controlled! No way you can't get something in this employment climate.

Anyone who thinks dsd is not going to go away is crazy. Im a 28 year employee and just hate what this company has become. I would be surprised if plans are not in place to go warehouse. I will be retiring next year but package woukd be nice. Company will get little notice. Just like my little raise, little respect and little everything else this company does for us.

Can someone explain to me how Kroger can sell Nabisco products for home delivery when they dont have any stores in Florida.
Direct to warehouse no DSD?

A long and slow death...wake up folks! Take control, lots and lots of opportunities out there! Was a SR for 17 years at MDLZ and I left because, well it is gross working at MDLZ. The amount of games they play was embarrassing. Back to where I was with my earnings in no time and the atmosphere is amazing. Get out now while the getting is good! You will thank yourself.

From the meetings I have been in, there is going to be a major restructing of the ogranization (again...) and optimization of the go-to-market strategy. Sounds like it may be a few local markets to start before national roll out. I think we all know what that means.
