The signs of terrible shape of TR

Yesterday I was shocked when one of the rock-star employees left. Now I am increasingly noticing that even those who were actually comfortable here are also leaving, ie those who have never worked much but have progressed quickly. And when such employees start leaving, that is the best indicator of what kind of shape TR is in, right?

KS was one of the good guys; she had and gave respect to eveyone, unlike this nee management. And ever since her dept was put under KR from DW, her dept. has been a sinking ship: first her VP left in Sept. as soon as the dept. went to KR. Could it be how KR is running, or not running things? hmmmmm...
Seems like KR does nothing: she lets her direct reports do the work and takes credit for them if it works and blames them if it doesn't. Must be part of New Ways of Working, create a toxic environment so that people would leave on their own without paying any severance and replace them with off shore employees.

It's the fault of the unvaccinated.

This isn't just because of money, it is the toxic environment and old boys network people are fed up with and decided enough is enough.

The company is changing. There is no question that it is. That means roles are changing too. Some just eliminated and others outsourced.

A record number of people are leaving the workforce. We are projecting a wonderful year. So much so that the AIP is targeting 130%. Once that bonus is paid out just wait and see a further uptick in departures.

This isn’t just a TR problem. It’s a market problem. The challenge for TR is that they pay like sh-t so getting new talent is going to be hard for them as the market is putting pressure on better working conditions and better compensation.
