I've been with XOM for a little under three years but it feels like at least ten. This place is legitimate proof that grass is not always greener. I left my old job where I was bored out of my mind for what I thought would be an improvement not just in pay but also work and culture. I was so wrong. I'd take my old, boring job over this in a heartbeat.

I was in the same spot back in mid 2020. I intentionally went light on my PDA to get NSI’d. Took the PIL and went on to my dream job. Most importantly, got the he-l out of Houston.
Yes, I was getting double salaries for three months.
