I am also a bit nostalgic because here I used to feel much more valued. Now I am constantly on the alert because I have the feeling that CVS is finding ways to get rid of most of us.
If the top of this company had a vision, I think this could be a much better company today?
My opinion is that they could have done a lot more but they didn’t.

The new upper management is trying to get rid of the people that built this company by thing for themselves and doing what is right for the business. All they want are stepford managers and pharmacist so upper management doesn’t get challenged
