How many of you still plan to be at EM a year from now? I've never seen so many people dissatisfied with their jobs as I have in the past several years. Every other person I talk to seems to be on the hunt for something else. I'm wondering just how widespread this is.

Plans are one thing but whether they actually turn out successful is another.
I'll be gone within three months.
