Post Bonus Exodus?

I’m hoping this is the year I have the courage to leave this place. I’ve modeled out my earnings for the next 10yrs and it’s depressing to think I’ll be stuck in the same role with nothing to show for it. Depressing. It used to feel like Scott actually cared about his people. Oh well.

The change is stock payout was carefully crafted to avoid mass exodus after bonus and stock payout. Too bad the approach was not to make people want to stay because they were treated right. That has not been the case for a while.

SS cares about "his" people...the people on the front dollar bills. He didnt come back to make sure your 401k was stable...he returned to stop the bleeding from his bank account. ..and I would have done the same!

Scott still cares about his people, wish the company could go private where he didn't have to cater to investors.

Same, staying to August is dependent on the stock price, but this is the last year it makes sense to stay. That change to an August payout of stock really makes you feel like an indentured servant. Man, there are plenty of good jobs out there, just have to get past the anxiety of interviewing again. That said, you actually get some face time with your future leadership, which is more than what you get here.
