My store received a bad survey the other day that was out of our control and everyone lost $400 on our commission check! Something has to give!

Automated kiosk, these tools can't even pay their phone bill on a kiosk, you think they are going to order their own sh-t and transfer their own data, the public are much d-mber than you give them credit for.
Yeah, you’re screwed. Commission going bye bye come March anyway. Why pay more when an automated service kiosk can dispense with having to hire “salespeople”. Whatever they are.

Att tried to tie reps pay to customer surveys and were sued so I don’t understand why no one is pushing that class action.

Yep, because most of the time we know exactly who leaves them. Usually someone who thinks they are a patriot, screaming about masks, going out of their way to make our lives he-l. 9 times out of 10 they are wearing a red hat.

the general public knows about how surveys work and are using it to punish stores that require them to mask up like sheep
Yeah we lost. $600 bucks starting on Christmas till the end of the month. When what seemingly happens every month in the last week. All these bad surveys start flowing in. Only one had anything to do with the store or anyone working in it.

you should tell HR the pressure of the russian roulette-esque impact of surveys is making you contemplate ki----g yourself. It is the literal bane of my existence dealing with that sh-t.
