After the upcoming November elections it looks like that there really will be an accounting of what has happened over the past year plus. I know that I will be pushing for an investigation regarding c-suite execs who were pushing the politics of Brandon despite undermining business operations. Keep all of your records legal and HR.

File a law suit against CWA for no representation if anyone gets put on leave. Without a doubt they made a deal with the company because asking for medical records is illegal and they should know that.

When someone would test positive in the garage we would ask the company to share who it was for the safety of others that may have been in contact.
The company responded that it was that person's personal private medical records and they could not share any personal private medical information.
I agree with the company on this....

The next strike is for them anyway, not me, we are all but done here. The company pays $1000 per day to work during a stoppage. CWA made their deal for themselves in 2021, I'll be making my deal for myself in 2023.

Ok, I know for a fact as of Friday that over a thousand have not responded in Brooklyn and Queens alone...This is the truth!....an email went out to the Presidents of the locals from the National with huge numbers not responding.... so you can imagine Manhattan Bronx, Long Island, and Westchester....you are looking at a couple of thousand....are they going to put thousands or even hundreds on leave and essentially close shop? ..it is all pressure to scare you into doing something you don't have to do.
Managers are making calls pressuring techs to upload what clearly do they do not have to do
Your vaccination records are medical records and are covered under privacy laws from your company period ....What is the difference between the company asking for your blood pressure numbers or your HIV status or your sugar count?...there is no difference in medical records from vaccinations to HIV status..to your diabetes numbers ...it's all private medical information.
What's next will the company request your bank statements next year before negotiations to see if you need a raise or not?....there is no difference between your personal financial records and your personal medical records.
The real question here is not if you have to share your private information with your company but the lack of the Union to stop this harassment....The Union has been dead quiet on this from the beginning and zero guidance.... which tells me they have struck a deal for themselves.....what a shame.
