It's not always on managers

Most of my managers are and have been good people. The thing that made them seem like horrible people are all the mandatory rules and processes they had to work under. They made them make decisions they would not have made had their hands not been tied. It's easy to blame the managers but look at the source of the problem for the real culprit.

I wish the BOD or major stockholders had an idea how unhappy the masses are within Fiserv. This will have a cost to them.

Exactly. Look at the very top. I’m a manager and don’t agree with this CEO. Neither does my manager.

I am a director at a really high position, the reality is we have no empowerment at all. In fact even CIO can only do as much as frank and Guy tell them. So this whole place is run by a handful of jolly fellas who even go to the extent of approving every single position in this company, it is just insane.
